Here are a couple more exercises that I learned from my friend Adam that I filmed while I was on vacation in Costa Rica (gotta love the portability of bodyweight training).
Without further adieu – here’s the vid:
If you enjoyed this, stay tuned, as I’ve got 2 more exercises to share with you soon, plus that killer 10×10 MMA Bodyweight Circuit I was telling you about.
As always – I’ll field your questions, or if you just want to leave a comment with your thoughts on the exercises, I’d love to hear those too!
It keeps me motivated to keep putting out good content when I hear positive feedback. :)
UPDATE: here are the next 2 funky bodyweight exercises

i,ve been training all my life and exercises where you are required to move your own body weight are the best exercises to do keep up the good work

These exercises so far are on track with some that we teach in our FitandSafe program. Very effective conditioning that was developed to be portable and require zero equipment. I developed these as a Physical Training Coordinator with the US Secret Service and have seen variations of them in Matt Furey workouts as well as the Bas Rutten workout.
While Scott Sonnon has not had a direct influence on our program as of yet I know that from what I have read in some of his fitness articles that he is the real deal and will enhance your core body strength. He lives in the same region that I do. I need to take time and go train in one of his live classes. I have heard great things about them.
I look forward to seeing the program.
Best!
