Hi, I am also one of the four winners and I definatey cant wait to see whats in store for the advanced power program, I have been doing the mma strength and conditioning program for the last 12 weeks and feel powerful, since starting the sport of MMA I was constantly looking for training protocols for strength and conditioning and now I have many reference materials but none that describe in detail the effects and benefits and how they are specific to MMA, Eric really knows his stuff, I have my return MMA bout next week but I am more than confident that my strength and conditioning will allow me to take the fight where I want it.
