The fastest easiest protein pancake for breakfast. Take a sachet of instant porridge(oats) and tip in a bowl. Add 3 egg whites and beat together. Pour into a teflon pan so no oil needed. Cook till bubbles start to appear about 2 min, flip and cook other side about 1 min. Add sliced banana or strawberries and some sugar free maple syryp. Ta Da... Almost tastes too god to be true.

One thing to watch out for with alot of food companies is those "low whatever" products..I haven't really paid attention to v8 on that in particular but i have noticed that "low this" usually means they added more of "that"..which tends to be bad for you also..can turn into a pick your poison..I know we don't eat food with labels in here..but if you do read the whole label..not just what they put on the front to make you think it's great..fine print tells the truth

I’m not an expert, but don’t drink tea with a meal as it inhibits your absorption of iron from your food. Drink tea 30 mins or more after eating. In the meantime eat iron rich foods (e.g. liver) I’m sure a search of the internet will provide you with a good list.
Also you want to make sure it’s the iron causing the nose bleeds, bad sleeping patterns can cause nose bleeds too. No harm in getting it checked out by a professional.
