		<description>My main priority for 2010 is just getting time to train.  We just had a baby 6 weeks ago and literally my training went from hero to zero.  I used to run 15-20 miles (20-30Km), train MMA X2 and do some auxillary training (swimming, weights) each week.  
After baby i didn&#039;t have time to scratch my ass.  I decided not to beat myself up over it and instead looked at more time efficent ways of training.  I read some sports science and saw there was a case for swapping my 6 mile runs for interval training etc.

Thats why I got Eric&#039;s workout programe as its very time efficent: 30 mins a day (which I do at lunch) and I &quot;treat&quot; myself to a 90 minute MMA class each week. The corrective excercises bit is excellent as I found out I had a lot of imbalances in my body.  Its early days yet, but so far so good.

I am just starting out in MMA, but after just some light sparring I see that when the other guy starts wearing down early I can really take advantage. It&#039;s easier to get into a dominant position and &quot;impose my will&quot; on him. It makes a huge difference... keep up the great work Eric!</description>

yeah my middle knuckles do seem to be a lot larger than the rest, i got an xray and they havent gotten back to me its been about a month now so im good there, i think your idea should be perfect, better then any advice from the doc!</description>
