Costa Rica Wrap Up
Got back home around 3:30am from an awesome week in Costa Rica with my ‘girlfriend’.
We did a lot of fun stuff that’s in some pics below, but there were 2 highlights of the trip…
The runner-up was all the surfing I got to do… Didn’t get any awesome first person vids, because it’s tough to paddle to catch a wave while holding a camera, but Helen did grab one of me from a distance… nothing spectacular but tons of fun:
In my emails I mentioned I had some big news and that it had nothing to do with MMA or training.
Well this was the #1 highlight of the trip for me…
After 3 and a half years, I’ve finally asked my girlfriend Helen to marry me, and luckily, she didn’t make me look like an idiot and said yes!
Feels great, and I’m looking forward to more great times with her…
I know a bunch of you smarty pants already guessed what it was going to be.
Anyway, I’m dead tired from all the travel and getting in so late, so I’ll be posting the workout vids I shot for you in a day or two, stay tuned for those.

sir can i ask for an advice.,. i broke my middle finger and my doctor said that it will last till 4 weeks.,. the list i can do is to have my cardio.,. can i still get ripped with my condition? i want to loss 20lbs of fat.,. can u give me alternative workout.,.

Focus on your eating, the energy you would’ve spent working out, spend on learning recipes, grocery shopping, and planning.
And move your body!
You can do lots of stuff with just your legs and core…
