I totally agree! I’m so sick of seeing guys in the gym who go everyday, but only do a few half a$$ exercises, or who exercise properly and don’t eat right, and then sit around an complain that they don’t see any results. You only get what you put into it! That’s all I gotta say.

If you want results, CHOOSE to get them by changing your approach… if you’re working half-assed, you can CHOOSE to work harder and get the results you complain you’re missing!
