[If you're looking to improve both your conditioning and mobility for grappling with some awesome bodyweight exercises, like the one below then you've got to click the link in this post]
I just got back from the cottage up north and the weather was hot and sunny all weekend. The fresh pine-filled air cleaned my lungs and added 5 years to my life.
I made it a point to unplug, but I had to make a couple of videos for you.
It’s some *different* stuff, but I know you’ll love it.
When I’m all caught up on everything I’ll get that to you later this week.
But for now – the videos that you’re going to get are from Scott Sonnon – a guy who has influenced my training practices over the past year.
I’ve been working on some new stuff directly as a result of his influence, so when I get a chance to give back to him to spread the word about his work, I do.
I talked about TACFIT a while back, but if you haven’t heard of it – now’s your chance to get the full scoop on this totally unique bodyweight training system.
Click the link below to grab a F-R-E-E workout that Scott’s made available to you:
To get the workout, you’ve got to enter your email, if this might stop you – don’t let it. It’s well worth it.
A small price to pay to learn 4 unique exercises that every grappler and mixed martial artist should be doing – I use them with all of my athletes right now.
Check it out and let me know what your score is. I scored a perfect 20…
