Good to hear man – yeah stick with the program, it’s not about the exercises, but the overall program design.

Sorry to confuse you with so much stuff. :)

Hey,
Just wondering if this program can be done at home, any special equipment (weights) or can it be done with bodyweight? thanks!

Hi Mike,

You do need some equipment, the following is recommended:

- Barbell
- Dumbbells
- Squat rack
- Bench press
- Chinup bar
- Swiss Ball

I recommend you have a medicine ball and cable machine too.

Hey Eric, I’m 41 5′8″ 157 pounds. I’ve spent the last3 months loosing 22 pounds I feel I’m in pretty good shape, my job is hi intensity and long hours, don’t have much time to work out. I don’t want to fight but I want to be in mma type of shape. Is this a good routine for me?

Hey, I’m a female doing some boxing work outs, I’ve been doing a bit of pad work for a while and now I’m thinking I’d like to do some sparring.

I’ve done a bit of sparring before and I was shocked at how much fitness it required.

Could this programme be useful for boxers? Skill set is slightly different but the need for explosive strength and conditioning is the same.

Hey I dont know if i should do this, and i have been doing some research on you and a bunch of people have said it is a scam and when they tried to get their money back they never did, could you tell me why?

Hey man,

Everyone who has ever asked for a refund has gotten one.

If you could please tell me where you’ve found people saying these things I’ll gladly find these people and give them their money back, even if it’s after 60 days.

The company that I pay to handle payments handles all refunds so if someone wants a refund, they can either email me here, or they can go straight to that company (Clickbank.com) to request a refund and it will be processed.

I have no power to stop someone from getting a refund nor would I want to – if my stuff doesn’t work you deserve your money back but I know it does that’s why my refund rate is under 2%.

hi eric,

i’m currently on the stronglifts 5×5 plan and i’ve been following your site for some time now. is it alright to include some of your conditioning workouts in for 15min after the stronglifts workouts and will it give me the MMA physique? for example, some tabata leg complexes or some high intensity cardio? thanks!
