Mark,

That's a funny question... Viper-like takedowns are the result of 2 things:

1) Technique
2) Power

The ebook will help with #2 - #1 is up to you and your coaches.

Ive read through your ebook, and im going to purchase the ultimate strength and conditioning ebook when i come home, im also going to start to attend wrestling and bjj classes.
Im looking for your honest opinion, im roughly 5ft 5' and weight 75kg, im looking to be able to take opponents down like a viper and just be an all rounder, will your ebook help me achieve this?

hi eric love your programs. really has helped me in the ring. im a boxer and i had a fight coming up and a week before the fight they cancelled it. now this isn't the 1st time it has happend, i train for 6 weeks then it gets cancelled. it happens, event shutdown or fighter pulls out., then 2-4 weeks go by and then i get a fight., my question is what do i do as far as workouts to maintain strength and conditioning so i don't burn myself out. i feel like i peak between 6-8weeks . what should i do physically and mentally as i'm waiting for my next fight to come. again amazing results.

Yes, it will improve your cardio, but for MMA, it's not specific to running miles.

If you're a runner, then look elsewhere! If you're into MMA and train MMA, then this is where you need to be.

Start with the NEVER GAS ebook (free) then build from there.

Hi Joseph,

The program is very good for wrestling and BJJ as well as MMA.

One thing about weight - if making weight is such a struggle that it results in being fatigued for the fight, perhaps it's a good idea to stay at a higher weight class and just work on getting as strong and explosive as possible at that weight class.

There is definitely a pervasive attitude in combat sports to be as light as inhumanly possible, but often coaches and athletes fail to realize that sometimes this isn't beneficial when energy, strength, endurance and power are negatively affected.
