Medicine Ball Exercise Library
Here are 22 medicine ball exercise videos for you to improve your explosive power and core strength, plus variations for many of the exercises.
I haven’t included any specific guidelines in this section because reps, sets, and rest times depend on your goals.
So if you have a question about something you want to improve, ask a question in the comments section below

Awesome!
I was trying to look at the pics and it was saying error on page and nothing was coming up.
Sorry it’s not working for ya, not sure what the problem is as every system is different.
Lots of people can see the vids so here are some things you can try:
1) Get latest browser and Adobe flash player (use google to find it)
2) Try it on a different computer
If you get it working tell us how.
Eric, I can’t find the Medicine Ball library, when I click on the link it just takes me to this comments page. ( no videos )
Not sure what’s going on there man. You’ve got to be registered and logged in to see the videos so make sure you are.
I am having the same issues. I logged in to the site but this page tells me to get a free membership, but I have done that already. The Members page even said I was logged in. What do you think I should do?
i cant open the links, my scree turns black every time that i click on it and after a click again comes back to the list of links!
How to you perform the Lying pass & catch in the NRG System Medicine Ball Complex?
I also cannot see the med ball exercises, only the comments. I have registered.
