Here are the rules of the contest:

  1. Watch the Soccer Post 10 video here
  2. Right click here and choose ‘Save As’ to get the workout sheet
  3. Make a video of yourself doing the workout
  4. Post the workout on YouTube as a video response to the original video here
  5. Post the link to your video in a comment at the bottom of this page

Winners will be chosen based on technique AND speed - so do your best to keep good form, although it’s bound to get a bit sloppy at the end. Winners will be notified by email on Thursday, June 18th, 2009, at 9pm EST.

I really want access to this course to take my MMA training to the next level. I expect superior strength, fitness & conditioning that any of my opponents. I want my class mates to admire my physique & conditioning and ask me how they too can achieve such results in such a short time.

I want to be able to say ‘Eric Wong’ did this to me and then tell them if they want a body & skills like mine then they should check out your site & products.

My name is Mike Newman,I’m from Worcester,England.I am currently getting over a bad leg which has put me out of training for 18 months!Not nice at all.I’m over weight at the moment!!!!I could really do with some advice,i know i need to ease my way back into training but just need a push in the right direction. I’m somewhat new to you and your newsletter but have enjoyed the information I’ve received so far. I’m a new student of JKD and have found that I’ve spent many years training the wrong way. Working out with weights, bowflex etc… Don’t get me wrong I think that strength traing is important but I didn’t realize that training for fighting needs to be much more specific. The advice and tips I’ve received from you so far have really helped me in my JKD training and I would like to become a member so I can continue to learn. Thanks, Dave from Belvidere IL.

My video guy is almost done editing stuff and I’ve got about 30 vids I have to post right away, with lots more to come over the next 2 months…

Honestly, I would love to have as much access on mma training methods as possible. I have been lifting weights and training for a while, but sometimes certain areas of jiu jitsu, striking, clinch, grappling, etc. can faulter. The body adepts quickly to the same routine, so anything new that I can learn and incorporate specifically targeting mma cardio, strength, and explosiveness can really help me out.

Eric, off the subject I know, but damn, that ultimate mma programme of yours works man! MMA is small here and even smaller in my hometown, but my overall ability has trebled not to mention conditioning!

hey Wong, your videos and exercise are very impressive and motivating. i use to do a lil bit of kickboxing in mexico when i was younger but had to quit because of an injury while playing soccer. now i live in NY and as you may know this state isn’t really into MMA and its a shame. i have the will power but i need motivation! it would be amazing if i can be a member but even if not ill be sure to read your book and put myself to the test thank you

i train mma and have been using crossfit methods for my training for the past 2 years, but i’ve had many injuries and find that it’s not suitable for my workouts anymore. i need to learn other methods that aren’t so hard on my body and are more specific to mma. i’ve been following your newsletter for a while now and i believe your info is spot on and want to learn more!

what kind of structure can I sub for the soccer goal? I’m a college brat, the only full size soccer goals I have access to are on campus. Currently they are taken by summer soccer camps for the whole day. The exercises listed are fun, but at the moment I don’t have a good outlet for the ones done at the bar.
