I shudder to use the term ‘Personal Training’ so that what I do is not confused with what those fat trainers or muscle heads with weekend certifications do at your local big-box gym. :)
If you’re a professional MMA fighter in the Toronto area looking to ensure you’re following an efficient strength and conditioning program that will give you the results you want, get in touch with me.
Here’s the general process of working with me:
- I’ll get some background info about your past and current training as well as your lifestyle and medical history
- We’ll setup a time to go through a comprehensive fitness assessment where I’ll measure body composition, movement patterns, muscle balance, strength, power, endurance and cardio (2 sessions)
- I’ll create a program based on your assessment to address your weak links and take you through it (as many sessions as you feel you need)
I don’t have to try and sell you on the benefits of training with me, as the results I’ve achieved with other pro fighters speak for themselves.
If you don’t live in the Toronto area but will be visiting and want to schedule an assessment and consultation, we can do that too.
