Stronger, Faster, Better Conditioned

If you’ve got a keen eye, you may have noticed 3 of the last 4 articles I posted on my blog talked about the power of following an organized, periodized training program to get the best results…

Well you know that repetition is the mother of all skill, which is why I constantly mention it.

Following a program is a skill I want you to OWN because I know the results you’ll get.

But enough from me, check out what Mark has to say about the subject:

“In relation to your program I have just completed a 16 week cycle and I am extremely happy with the results. As I said in previous correspondence I have never really followed a proper program in the past and having a real structure has made the world of difference.

There is a wealth of information out there, some good, some bad, but it’s all fragmented. The difference with this program is that all the good information is arranged in a cohesive and structured manner so I know all the bases have been covered.

I am definitely stronger, faster and better conditioned than before. My body is more balanced as a result of the well rounded routines.
